Love

What is love? Have you sat down, and thought about what love really is? Some of us "claim" we know what love is just becuase we feel it. To me, love isn't a feeling, it's an action. The Bible clearly states what love truely is.
"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails." 1 Corinthians 13:4-8
This is true and ever lasting love. The only person in this world that could ever love us this much, is Jesus Christ. He loved us so so much, that He died for us. He put His life on the line. He suffered for OUR sins. OUR sins are what got Him nailed to a cross. We should of been the one up on that cross. He didn't do anything to deserve such pain. But because he LOVED us, He ACTIONED. Get my point? Never thought about love this way huh? Valentines day is almost here, and love is everywhere. But do we ever think about God's love for us? He loves us more than our parents, and sticks closer than a brother. Our parents, friends, EVERYBODY could leave us, but God will NEVER leave us!.
